Digital Marketing Manager

As our Digital Marketing Manager at ROI Research on Investment, you are responsible for the planning, management, and execution of a full-stack digital marketing strategy, from ROI’s own marketing needs as well as our clients’. This includes inbound marketing funnels, PPC/SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and marketing materials. You will report directly to the CEO and Managing Director.


  • Create, manage, set up, and optimize Google Ads and Linkedin Ads campaigns
  • Executing A/B tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Manage and maintain daily/monthly PPC spends for multiple clients to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics
  • Develop an email marketing strategy, manage mailing lists and email blasts
  • Optimize copy for diverse marketing materials (ads, social posts, landing pages, brochures)
  • Manage freelancers and give clear guidance on building creatives (eBooks, infographics, PPT webinar presentations, brochures)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team at, our sister company, on co-branded online programs
  • Be the liaison between Sales and Marketing 
  • Report on key performance indicators 
  • Communicate, collaborate, and share results with clients during weekly meetings


  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Experienced in setting up and managing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Practical experience on a variety of marketing stacks such as PPC platforms (Linkedin Ads, Google Ads), SEO, Google Analytics, Unbounce, Hubspot, Salesforce, and WordPress. Basic HTML/CSS is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Certified in Google Adwords, Hubspot Marketing Software certification is an asset (or similar marketing automation tool)
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business or related field
